Permalite

Permalite fittings utilise an axial swaging system that results in a metal-metal seal with no ovlaisation of the tube. We are currently equipped with tooling for titanium (1/4" & 3/8" ) and aluminium (3/8" & 1/2")

Wiggins Swage

Tube is expanded using a tapering roller bearing system, operated using a calibrated tool. The tube is deformed into the internal grooves in the ferrule.

Permaswage

This tried and tested method involves the reducing of the fitting onto the tube.
We carry a range of heads to cover the range from 1/4" to 1" and 6mm to 25mm. Also useable as a portable repair system for joining pipes or replacing end fitings on tubes. This may be used on-site for the repair of hard to remove piping systems.

Flexirac (Raflex) Swage
An expanding elastomer method of deforming the tube to mate onto special rings which form part of the coupling process. When completed the resulting joint exhibits a degree of flexability. The addition of special o rings extend the useable operating temperature.
We offer a range from 1/2" or 12mm to 3" or 75mm. This machine may also be used for the beading of pipes.

 

Metric Swage
This machine uses a 3 roller system which expands the tube into the fitting. We hold a range of tooling to cover from 6mm to 22mm. Used in conjunction with SBAC TS110 and TS93.

Sierracin Harrison Swage
An expanding elastomer method of deforming the tube to mate onto special end fittings.
We offer a range from 1/4" or 6mm to 5/8" or 16mm. This machine may also be used for the beading of pipes in a range 1/4" or 6mm to 3/8" or 10mm.
